in Nigeria. Discuss five (5) measures that teachers and counsellors can apply
in tackling such challenges (20 marks).

2. (a). Briefly explain the concept of special needs education (10 marks).
(b). Discuss five (5) areas of special needs that need urgent attention in inclusive
secondary schools in Nigeria (10 marks).
